A new four-story, multi-family residential building containing eight dwelling units overlooks downtown Washington DC. The building is designed as an inverted ‘wedding cake’ with larger units on the upper floors and open parking at the lower level.  The building is enveloped in a two-tone green and terracotta color clad skin with exposed structural steel bracing and balconies on the south elevation.  A semi-intensive green roof covers much of the roof levels, however, each of the fourth-floor units has direct access to private rooftop terraces.
