A well integrated lift addition to a Capitol Hill townhome was designed for an aging couple. The couple’s love of their home and desire to age in place and be independent through the rest of their lives in the home was most important. The lift accesses all 4 levels of the home. On the main floor the lift accesses both the interior and exterior patio to the pool and carriage house beyond.
