An existing townhouse was altered and extended in plan and in height to create a multi-unit condominium building with views overlooking the Adams Morgan neighborhood. The top floor has a private roof deck with long range views and other units have rear-facing balconies that integrate the required second exit stair into a light, steel-framed scrim over the rear of the building.
