An extensive renovation of an existing two-story colonial of the ground floor that added a family room and connecting spaces along the rear of the house. Outside, a new pool was added and a two-story pool house added as a counterpoint to the house addition, to provide a small accessory living space and to create a needed sense of enclosure and privacy in a dense area with neighbors close by.
