Renovation of this SE Washington, DC row house will open the first floor and bring in additional natural light. Work will begin with the removal of existing walls and ceilings, lighting and plumbing fixture, and portions of the north façade bay wall to accommodate new windows. On the first floor, the kitchen will be remodeled and opened to the dining area, and the living and dining spaces will be combined. New, taller windows will be installed into the north façade bay at the rear of the row house. The existing second floor layout will be modified and a second bathroom added.
