Owner/Client: Private Office
A combination live/work space for real estate agents on Capitol Hill, this project inserts a clearly modernist design with-in the shell of an historic, semi-detached structure. The first floor consists of open office space with floor-to-ceiling sand-blasted glass panels and sleek, custom wood cabinetry and the second floor residential level continues the modernist theme in a residential context.
