A new, 4 story multi-family residential building with open parking structure at the lower level, overlooking downtown Washington DC. The building is designed as an inverted ‘wedding cake’ with larger units on the upper floors. The building is then enveloped in a two-tone green clad skin with exposed structural steel bracing facing the south and supporting balconies. A semi-intensive green roof covers much of the roof levels.
